We are seeking an experienced Master Toyota Technician (MTD) to join our growing service team. This position is ideal for a highly skilled technician who takes pride in diagnostics, quality repairs, efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Summary

The Master Toyota Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Toyota vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic capabilities, Toyota factory training, and the ability to efficiently complete repairs while mentoring and supporting fellow technicians when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently
  • Perform repairs according to Toyota and dealership standards
  • Complete advanced diagnostics on engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, HVAC, and hybrid systems
  • Utilize Toyota factory diagnostic equipment and repair information
  • Perform maintenance services and vehicle inspections
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts personnel
  • Identify additional maintenance or safety concerns
  • Road test vehicles to verify repairs
  • Participate in ongoing Toyota training and certification programs
Requirements
  • Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician (MTD) certification preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
