Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Hot Tub Service & Delivery Technician to join their team. As a vital part of the service and backyard departments supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence, the ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to quality and service excellence.

Location:

Boone, NC

Pay Range: $17/hr

Shift: Day Shift Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Deliver and install hot tubs at customer locations with precision and care
• Diagnose and repair hot tubs and spa equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Test and balance hot tub water chemistry for customer safety and satisfaction
• Safely load, unload, and move hot tubs and related equipment on-site and during transportation
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all interactions

What's Needed?

• Plumbing experience is required to handle installation and repair tasks effectively
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform physically demanding work
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record for safe transportation
• Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
