Job Title: Home Delivered Meals Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the Home Delivered Meals program
• Assess client needs
• Maintain volunteers and delivery routes
• Deliver meals as needed
• Prepare and maintain files and records
• Prepare reports

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with major coursework in social work, gerontology, sociology, psychology, or related field
• Considerable experience working with the elderly population

Salary: $61,062
