• Managing the full client accounting and tax cycle - from bank reconciliations through financial reporting, tax projections, and tax preparation
• Preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns
• Serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships
• Providing proactive tax planning and strategic guidance
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of client deliverables
• Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
• Collaborating with partners and team members to continuously improve processes and client experience
• Leveraging technology to increase efficiency and enhance service delivery

• Active CPA license required
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• Strong technical expertise in accounting and New Jersey state taxation
• Demonstrated experience managing engagements independently

• Self-starter with strong self-management skills
• Ownership mindset - takes responsibility for client relationships and outcomes
• Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Strong mentor who enjoys supporting and developing others
• Comfortable working across all levels of engagement, from detailed accounting work to high-level advisory
• Technologically fluent and open to learning new tools and processes
