The Motive Power Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Commercial Strategy Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying BESS Commercial Strategy Manager solutions tailored to the industrial motive power market. This role bridges advanced energy technologies with customer-specific operational needs, ensuring that Ener Sys remains at the forefront of energy management, sustainability, and cost optimization. The Specialist will provide sales enablement, customer consultation, and technical expertise to drive adoption of BESS solutions in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, and third-party logistics (3PL) sectors.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, consultative selling, and project leadership to drive measurable customer outcomes. Success will be defined by expanding Ener Sys’ market presence, delivering innovative BESS solutions, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

• Direct strategic initiatives to identify and qualify large-scale BESS opportunities, aligning solutions to customer challenges such as peak demand charges, renewable integration, and backup power.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, product management, and field sales to ensure effective solution design, integration, and delivery.
