Terr Ascend is seeking a Full-Time Packaging Lead for our Boonton, NJ facility. You will oversee packaging of manufactured cannabis products, lead Packaging Associates, and ensure safe, compliant production aligned with Terr Ascend standards.
You will manage logs, prepare for shifts, and ensure accurate SPC logging and weight tracking while maintaining a high level of teamwork and situational awareness in a diverse team environment.
