Affimed Home Care is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support pediatric clients in the Boonton, NJ area. We have immediate openings for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts (10:30 PM–6:30 AM), along with a weekend day shift from 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

• Individualized pediatric care — Provide safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing

• Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition

• Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability

• Home safety — Maintain infection control and proper equipment use

LPN: $40/hr

• Weekend day shift — Saturday & Sunday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

• Overnight shifts — Friday, Saturday & Sunday,
  10:30 PM–6:30 AM

• Multiple pediatric cases with flexible scheduling

• Active New Jersey LPN License

• Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)

• Current BLS Certification

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Physical exam within 12 months

• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)

• Proof of MMR within 10 years

• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
