Sales Territory Manager – Electrical Motors (Northeast USA)
Location: Remote (Must be based in PA, NJ, OH, or MI)

Salary: $95,000 + 15% Sales Bonus + 5% Regional Bonus

OverviewKelly Services is seeking a driven and technically inclined Sales Territory Manager to oversee and grow a multi-state Northeast territory. This role is responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business, and delivering technical solutions to customers within the electrical motors and industrial space.
This is a remote, field-based role requiring frequent travel across a 15-state region.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share within the assigned territory
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve revenue targets, sales quotas, and margin goals
- Conduct technical evaluations, collect customer data, and support solution development
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics to support customer needs
- Respond to RFQs, pricing requests, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Track and manage sales pipeline, leads, and opportunities
- Travel extensively within the territory for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including customer service, engineering, and operations
- Support and coordinate activities with independent sales representatives as needed
- 5+ years of technical outside sales experience (electrical, motors, or industrial products preferred)
- Experience working with OEMs is a plus
- Strong understanding of technical products and ability to support customer solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer-focused with a sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset
- Remote role with home base in PA, NJ, OH, or MI
- Frequent travel required throughout the Northeast region
