Assist carpenters, heavy equipment operators, and greenhouse crew with day-to-day tasks on the marijuana grow and greenhouse project;
Perform general labor duties such as raking, site cleanup, and maintaining a safe and organized work area;
Carry and move construction materials and equipment throughout the job site as directed;
Use hand tools safely and effectively to support construction and greenhouse-related activities;
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks on schedule
