Facilities Engineer Liverpool Circa £40,000 Benefits Day Shift Permanent As the year comes to an end and you think about your working year and whats to come in 2026, are you thinking about a career move working in facilities and building services engineering? If so read on I am working with a client who are looking to boost their maintenance team by adding a specific facilities and buildings maintenance technician to their team, working a normal Monday to Friday day shift this is well established business and due to their they are regarded as a recession proof industry, this would suit someone who has been working in a mobile role but looking to be a static engineer What you will be doing:
Conducting the daily and weekly check of all site facilities and buildings Complete minor repairs including but not limited to Fabric, Plumbing etc Sourcing and liaising with external contractors for major works Monitoring and testing of security and fire systems Supporting the site engineers with any minor maintenance across the site Skills Experience Have proven experience working in a similar role NVQ Level 3 in any trade discipline (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC etc) Proven Technical skills in buildings maintenance Excellent interpersonal skills able to communicate at all levels If this role appeals and would like to know more call Scott Lydon on  or email
