Salary & Working Hours
Basic Salary: £40,000 plus individual performance bonus.
Working hours:
8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week).
Location:
covers the East Hampshire area.
Fully kitted van will be provided.
Responsibilities- Carry out warranty, transit damage, and used car repairs using factory‑approved products and techniques.
- Ensure repairs meet high‑quality standards.
- Completed a recognised apprenticeship and hold a technical qualification such as NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, or ATA.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a busy body shop, and a strong team‑player attitude.
- Sound up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and ability to produce high‑quality body repairs from start to finish.
- Stable work history and holding a City Guilds qualification or equivalent.
- ATA qualification is desirable but not essential.
- All‑rounder experience in panel beating, paint spraying, and strip and fit, comfortable demonstrating all three skills.
