Static Multi-Skilled Engineer

Randstad C&P are working with a national FM client to onboard a Static Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Hampshire. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation, compliance, and safety of a range of hard and soft FM systems across the site.

£38,000 - £42,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 16:00
Permanent and full-time

Duties

Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across site electrical, mechanical, BMS, fire, CCTV, and water hygiene systems using CAFM.
Perform fault finding, statutory inspections, testing, calibration, and remedy defects to ensure contract compliance.
Act as an Authorised Person (AP) under JSP
375 to issue, control, and close permits-to-work and manage isolations.
Complete risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for all tasks, ensuring safe execution, PPE, and tooling compliance.

Qualifications

Qualified Electrician (18th Edition wiring regulations desirable)
C&G 2391/2 Inspection and Testing qualification (training provided if not held)
Engineering qualification at BTEC National Diploma or City & Guilds level
Valid First Aid at Work certificate
Authorised Person (AP) status in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines (training provided if not held)
Must be able to gain UK SC Security Clearance
