Randstad C&P are working with a national FM client to onboard a Static Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Hampshire. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation, compliance, and safety of a range of hard and soft FM systems across the site.
Package- £38,000 - £42,500 per annum (depending on experience)
- Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 16:00
- Permanent and full-time

- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across site electrical, mechanical, BMS, fire, CCTV, and water hygiene systems using CAFM.
- Perform fault finding, statutory inspections, testing, calibration, and remedy defects to ensure contract compliance.
- Act as an Authorised Person (AP) under JSP
375 to issue, control, and close permits-to-work and manage isolations. - Complete risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for all tasks, ensuring safe execution, PPE, and tooling compliance.
- Qualified Electrician (18th Edition wiring regulations desirable)
- C&G 2391/2 Inspection and Testing qualification (training provided if not held)
- Engineering qualification at BTEC National Diploma or City & Guilds level
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate
- Authorised Person (AP) status in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines (training provided if not held)
- Must be able to gain UK SC Security Clearance
- Full, valid UK driving licence for car and van
