Electrical Engineer
Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Key Tasks- Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical/Mechanical systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
- Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required, calling relevant sub-contractors as necessary.
- Perform all PPM maintenance as per the instruction set provided within Concept.
- Report all PPM defects via the KPMG defect process and liaise with the supervisor of defect requirements.
- Update weekly equipment reports with any change in status of equipment.
- Liaise with sub-contractors for repairs/quotations, monitor performance of sub-contractor personnel, and ensure works are undertaken correctly and the work area is left satisfactory.
- Sign off completed PPM and reactive tasks via PDA in line with KPMG policies and procedures in a timely manner.
- Present a professional image of CBRE to clients and visitors, ensuring excellence in customer service at all times.
- Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the client representative and client’s personnel.
- Ensure a safe & healthy working environment, complying with company policies, procedures and client site arrangements.
- Maintain site logs and associated paperwork accurately.
- Participate in call out rota if applicable.
- Understand and maintain all systems on site.
- Collaborate with other trade engineers to guarantee electrical issues on all systems are resolved within SLA agreements.
- Commit to personal development and lifelong learning to maintain professional and technical skills.
- Good basic education, written and spoken English, and basic mathematical skills.
- Recognized Electrical Qualification.
- C&G 17th Edition in Electrical Installations.
- C&G Test and Inspection.
- Good knowledge of various building electrical systems and working to Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes.
- Current knowledge of BS standards related to electrical systems on site (Emergency lighting/Fire alarm/power/BMS etc.).
- Previous work with structured PPM delivery.
- Experience with business critical equipment.
- Customer-focused role experience.
- Experience in a health and safety led role.
- Experience in electrical systems management and paperwork.
- Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to make sound decisions when needed.
- Good timekeeping.
- Reliable and able to work without supervision.

- Able to work shifts within the contract set up.
