DESCRIPTION:

Frank Phillips College is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to contribute to the success and well-being of the College by promoting the Safety Training Center as a positive and integral part of FPC. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional, supportive attitude toward the school, staff, and administration while assisting with various programs and departmental needs. Responsibilities include organizing and managing the registration process by accurately entering customer information into the registration database, assigning routing forms and classrooms, and overseeing checkout and data entry procedures.

This position also involves greeting and assisting customers in person or by phone, addressing inquiries, collecting information, and ensuring efficient communication and workflow. The selected candidate will be expected to maintain confidentiality, adhere to all applicable regulations, laws, and college policies, and contribute to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and accomplishing related tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma;
Associates' Degree preferred

* Good customer services skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

* Strong organizational and time management abilities

* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

* Attention to detail and problem- solving skills

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
