Job Description:

Seeking a full-time Gas Plant Operator to work Monday through Friday in an in-plant role located in Borger. Compensation will be at market rates (TBD).

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor gas plant equipment and processes during daily operations
• Perform routine start-up, shutdown, and operational checks
• Monitor control systems and field equipment to maintain safe and efficient plant performance
• Record operating data, readings, and logs as required
• Identify abnormal conditions and take appropriate corrective actions
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations personnel to support plant reliability and uptime
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines while working in the plant

Skills and Qualifications:

• Gas plant operations experience
• Ability to operate and monitor plant equipment and process controls
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
• Ability to complete required logs and operational documentation
