LPN/LVN Career Opportunity

Encompass Health invites licensed LPN/LVN professionals to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The role involves hands‑on patient care, collaboration with registered nurses, and support for patients’ physical, emotional, and mental recovery.

• Provide direct patient care following individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Observe patient behaviors, monitor vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to report findings and execute patient care plans.
• Develop meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their needs and celebrate their progress.

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Preferred:
  One year of experience in an inpatient medical‑surgical or general hospital setting.
• Preferred:
  Prior rehabilitation experience.
