Overview
Registered Nurse – OR Circulator available for a travel assignment in a weekday day‑shift role.
Location:
Borger, Texas.
Start date:
07/27/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,191–$2,343. Shift: 5×8 Days, Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Setting: acute‑care facility with general surgery and OB/GYN procedures; potential ortho coverage as needed. On‑call responsibilities required.

- On‑call requirement
- Serve as the OR Circulator, supporting the surgical team during general, OB/GYN, and related procedures; may assist with ortho cases as needed.
- Ensure sterile technique, maintain sterile fields, and conduct instrument counts before, during, and after procedures.
- Prepare the operating room, set up equipment and supplies, assist with draping, positioning, and equipment management.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and nursing staff; monitor patient status and coordinate intraoperative workflow.
- Assist with documentation of intraoperative events and ensure accurate perioperative records.
- Participate in on‑call coverage as required by the unit; respond to schedule needs and emergencies as needed.
- Active registered nurse license in Texas (RN) or eligibility to practice in TX.
- OR Circulator experience or demonstrated operating room nursing experience; familiarity with general surgery and OB/GYN cases; potential ortho exposure as needed.
- Ability to work Mon–Fri, day shift (7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) with on‑call availability.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN) and current licensure.
- Competence in navigating the OR environment, collaborating with surgical and anesthesia teams, and maintaining patient safety and aseptic technique.
