Position Overview
Being a maurices full‑time retail store manager means you’ll lead a high-performance team of 8‑20 associates, including 3‑4 management members, to create an unforgettable experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best.
Responsibilities- Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and driving and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent).
- Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training and retention.
- Manage the omni‑channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices and store expenses.
- Connect with the community to increase awareness.
- Drive new ideas, share information with others, and create solutions.

- Previous management experience, required.
- Specialty retail store management experience, preferred.
- Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.
- Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.
- Computer proficiency, necessary.
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
