Equipment Share is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) at our Borger, TX rental facility. You’ll maintain and repair a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using real-time data to diagnose issues and keep machines in peak condition.
In this role you’ll work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime and on-call scheduling. You’ll also mentor junior technicians, document work orders, and participate in OEM training to stay ahead with the latest tech.
