Austin-Industrial is seeking experienced structural steel workers to read blueprints, select materials and set up rigging for hoisting. You will align and secure girders, columns and other steel components with bolts or welds, ensuring accurate fit and safe operation on site.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of journeyman level experience, valid state , and a valid driver's license. This on-site role requires stamina and attention to detail in a heavy fabrication environment.
