Austin Industries seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to assist in the layout, installation, maintenance and repair of piping, systems for steam, hot water, petrochemicals and other processing systems.
You will read blueprints, select materials, cut and thread pipe, install hangers, prepare piping for welding, and fit flanges for both new installations and maintenance operations. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and learn other crafts as needed.
