Description
Responsible for assisting with the installation of fiber optic infrastructure, including pulling fiber optic cable through conduit, ducts, and designated pathways. Supports fiber splicing and termination activities, prepares cables for termination, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and assists with testing and troubleshooting as directed. Follows project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements to ensure successful fiber network deployment.

The project will be in Borger, TX, and is set to last 4-6 weeks. They prefer local candidates who can commute to the job site daily but are willing to consider out-of-town techs.
If traveling, the customer will provide lodging locally and provide a $50/day food per diem. (Per Diem is now considered an expense for TEK)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
