KBenP zoekt een Senior Medewerker HR Administratie die de spil vormt in onze HR-processen. Je zorgt voor foutloze personeels- en salarisadministratie, bewaakt de kwaliteit van dienstverlening en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
Daarnaast reik je onboarding uit en speel je een actieve rol in HR-projecten en procesverbeteringen, zodat HR-processen beter, slimmer en efficiënter verlopen.
