Plumbing Superintendent (Interior/Exterior, Site Work) – Healthcare

Come join RQ Construction, LLC as a full‑time Construction Plumbing Superintendent. You will lead plumbing projects for a large‑scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic. The role starts at Naval Base Kings Bay in Georgia and will mobilize to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in summer 2026.

• Coordinate all plumbing and mechanical construction activities on project sites.
• Guide assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure timely, high‑quality completion of projects.
• Maintain safety standards and stay within budget constraints.
• Implement RQ’s Mission, Vision and Values in daily operations.
• Oversee project management tasks specific to healthcare facilities.

• High school diploma or GED (minimum).
• Courses in construction management, plumbing trade school preferred.
• Class A Wastewater and Class B Drinking Water license, or ability to obtain.
• Med Gas certification and familiarity with NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code).
• Knowledge of IPC and ICC codes.
• 5+ years of experience as a Plumbing Mechanical Superintendent on projects $1,000,000+.
• 3+ years of field or trade work experience with pressurized mechanical & plumbing systems.
• Master plumbing license preferred.
• Computer literacy (Outlook) and training in BIM, CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour Certifications, EM‑385 and STS.
• Valid passport, background screening and ability to relocate to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
