Scope of ResponsibilityWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support the design and implementation of electrical systems for modular infrastructure, including data center modules, utility skids, telecommunications shelters, fiber distribution systems, and integrated assemblies. Engineers will work in a multi‑disciplinary manufacturing environment supporting power distribution design, equipment selection, documentation, special systems integration, and testing. This role will lead electrical system design, mentor junior engineers, ensure code compliance, and drive quality and manufacturability across projects.
CoreResponsibilities
- Perform and review electrical load calculations, feeder and branch circuit sizing, voltage drop analysis, and conduit/cable routing design.
- Develop and review electrical documentation including one‑line diagrams, panel schedules, schematics, wiring diagrams, and termination details.
- Select and specify electrical equipment such as switch gear, panel boards, transformers, breakers, UPS systems, sensors, and control devices.
- Design and integrate special systems including fire detection, gas detection, ventilation controls, and communication systems.
- Collaborate with drafting teams to produce accurate drawings and BOMs, generating redlines, design markups, and revision updates.
- Support manufacturing teams with wiring, routing, troubleshooting, and factory testing activities.
- Ensure designs meet NEC/NFPA codes, customer specifications, and internal standards.
- Work with engineering, operations, and quality teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Outline and develop process and specification documentation for department continuous improvement efforts.
- Serve as primary electrical engineering contact for project managers, manufacturing, and cross‑discipline engineering teams.
- Lead design reviews, hazard assessments, and manufacturability evaluations; drive resolution of technical issues.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing oversight and guidance in calculations, modeling, and design best practices.
- Expertise in electrical power distribution architecture including service entrance, switch gear, UPS, generators, panel boards, electrical feeders, branch circuits, grounding, and bonding.
- Ability to perform detailed conductor sizing, conduit fill, voltage drop, and equipment selection.
- Ability to produce and approve one‑line diagrams, three‑line diagrams, panel schedules, wiring schematics, termination details, and equipment layouts.
- In depth knowledge of NEC/NFPA electrical codes and safety practices.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field required. Master’s degree or additional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP) preferred.
Experience:
6–10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience in modular, industrial, utility, or data center environments.
