Financial Controller

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller, located in Bossier City, LA. The Financial Controller will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and managing financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and overseeing all aspects of financial reporting. The role also includes maintaining accurate accounting records, monitoring budgets, and supporting financial decision-making processes through detailed analysis and reporting. Collaboration with senior management and other departments will be an integral part of the role to ensure efficient financial operations.

Must have Gaming & Casino Experience

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and a thorough understanding of Finance principles
• Expertise in Accounting practices and standards
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Experience with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
