Summary:
As a Credit Card Analyst you are responsible for managing card operations, including posting and balancing transactions, as well as performing various card processing functions. The role also involves completing related clerical tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing card transaction processing and balancing. Completing assigned posting duties accurately and on time. Managing customer service inquiries, complaints, and requests. Assisting with member transfers, payments, and other card-related issues. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to members and vendors.
Job Requirements:
- One to two years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union.
- Knowledge of Card Processing procedures and requirements.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills.
- Familiarity with related accounting procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Windows-based software programs including Word and Excel spreadsheets and ten key.
