Chase - 2039 Airline Drive - Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to branch clients, greeting clients as they enter the branch;
Manage lobby traffic and check clients into the waiting queue using a tablet;
Schedule and cancel client meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing and maintenance while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge; collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, and other responsibilities in accordance with bank policies
