EFT Analyst

The EFT Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate operation, balancing, and maintenance of the credit union's ATM and Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) network. This position combines analytical problem-solving, financial reconciliation, member support, and operational processing to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external members while maintaining the integrity of financial records and card services operations. Reconcile general ledger accounts daily.

Prepare end of month reconciliation for accounting division on specific general ledger accounts. Performs servicing maintenance, posting, balancing and clerical duties as assigned by department manager.

Job Requirements:

• One to two years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Card Processing procedures and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze accounts.
