Lead Call Center Representative

• Deliver superior member service throughout the lending process, from account opening to various loan services
• Manage deposit services, including account opening, closure, and maintenance
• Process loans and conduct loan interviews
• Prepare applications for credit approval
• Assist members electronically and in person
• Promote and cross-sell the credit union's products and services
• Enhance member relationships and loyalty
• Resolve member issues and inquiries effectively and professionally

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of financial services and products provided by the credit union
• Knowledge of loan processing functions, requirements, and procedures
• Previous experience with a full-service financial institution is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software/systems
