We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Human Resources Manager to support our growing Bowling & Entertainment Center. This role is a key part of the leadership team
, working closely with ownership and management to solve challenges, develop ideas, and improve operations throughout the center—not just within HR. The ideal candidate enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations, supporting leaders and team members, and helping shape both people and processes in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Culture matters here, and this role helps protect and strengthen it.
- Serve as a member of the leadership team, collaborating with management to address challenges, improve operations, and develop ideas across the center
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and leadership positions
- Design and implement onboarding and training programs aligned with company values
- Build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
- Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, and development
- Act as a problem-solver and resource for employee and leadership concerns
- Ensure compliance with federal and Louisiana employment laws
- Manage employee relations, performance coaching, and conflict resolution
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support team-building initiatives and culture-focused events
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on hiring, training, and culture-building
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or service-based environments preferred
- Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and contribute to operational decisions
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Comfortable being hands-on, visible, and involved throughout the center
