General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is hiring a NOC Operator for 100% on-site work at our Integrated Technology Center in Louisiana. You will monitor endpoints, triage incidents, and escalate issues per SOP to support 24/7 operations.
Applicants must have US citizenship and be able to obtain and maintain security clearances up to Secret level. Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of IT/Help Desk experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office.
