Salary: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

• Supervises the work activities of EVS Techs, General Cleaners, and shift personnel to ensure areas are clean, orderly, and pristine, covering back of house and various areas throughout the establishment (common areas, parking garage, elevators, grounds, and exterior common areas).
• Assigns duties, inspects work, and investigates complaints regarding service deliverables and equipment, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Performs inventories of supplies, ensuring proper par levels are maintained.
• Motivates team members and resolves any issues that occur on the job.
• Issues supplies and equipment to workers, ensuring team members have adequate supplies and equipment functions safely.

• Command of the English language (bilingual a plus) and ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly with guests.
• Professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational, prioritization, and follow‑up abilities.
• Maintenance of confidentiality and security for guests and team members.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs. and perform general cleaning tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for the entire shift).
• Customer Service:
  Respond promptly to customer needs, requests for service, assistance, and special requests from guests.
