Full-time

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Reports directly to Maintenance Supervisor

Special projects for the Owner and General Manager

We are seeking Maintenance personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping maintain the overall condition of our facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional environment. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that machinery, equipment, buildings, and systems operate efficiently and safely. This role includes troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and responding to maintenance requests.

• Ø Learn machinery and how it works
• Ø Learn and perform routine preventative maintenance on our equipment
• Ø Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to plumbing and electrical systems
• Ø Operate and maintain various tools and equipment to complete repairs
• Ø Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
• Ø Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ø Assist in maintaining inventory levels of maintenance supplies
• Ø Learn equipment preventative maintenance
• Ø Perform preventative maintenance regularly
• Ø Vehicle maintenance without major overhauls
• Ø Maintenance of vehicles, buildings, cleanliness, and overall appearances
• Ø Lawn maintenance when needed
• Ø Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
• Ø Clean up equipment and buildings
• Ø Keep the shop and supply room neat and organized

• Ø Practical mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Ø Practical electrical knowledge
• Ø Proper lifting knowledge
• Ø The ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ø A Team player with a “Can do” attitude
