Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair building operating systems including boilers, chillers, air handlers, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment;
Repair and maintain food service equipment including ovens, grills, dishwashers, deep fryers, and refrigeration units;
Obtain bids for additional maintenance and ensure adherence to specifications;
