We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team on a PRN (as‑needed) basis. This is a zero‑hour contracted role, ideal for providers looking for flexible scheduling while contributing to high‑quality outpatient care.
Role & Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to seniors following clinical standards.
- Collaborate daily with the care team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical histories and records.
- Focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification.
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice.
- Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers, or ability to obtain them.
- Screening for TB required if selected.
Scheduled Weekly
Hours:
1 hour (as needed). Pay Range: $149,800 - $206,100 per year (base pay estimate for 40-hour full‑time employment, subject to geographic location and individual qualifications).
