Role Overview

The registered nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex patient care. • Deliver nursing care aligned with professional standards and organizational competencies.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
• Address diverse patient needs, including mental health, emotional, and social aspects.
• Administer medications and treatments using approved protocols, monitoring for side effects.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.

• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant nursing specialty preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or via a compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS are required within specified time frames.
• Experience in perioperative settings or similar clinical areas is advantageous.

New hires must complete organizational orientation and competency validations. Ongoing certification renewals are mandated to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
