Key Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care aligned with professional standards and organizational competencies.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
- Address diverse patient needs, including mental health, emotional, and social aspects.
- Administer medications and treatments using approved protocols, monitoring for side effects.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant nursing specialty preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of practice or via a compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS are required within specified time frames.
- Experience in perioperative settings or similar clinical areas is advantageous.
New hires must complete organizational orientation and competency validations. Ongoing certification renewals are mandated to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
