Job responsibilities include:

• work with shift leaders to manage team
• Implement Smoothie King corporate policies and standards
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members
• Weekly inventory and managing cost of goods
• Weekly order from food vendors
• Schedule employees weekly and manage labor cost
• provide great guest experience
• Ensure store opens on time daily.
• Maintain food management certification

Bonus package: quarterly bonuses based on key metrics and store profitability.
