PAY - SALES = DRAW + COMMISSIONS

AVERAGE SALES COMMISSIONS PAY $80,000.00 - $ (PENDING EXPERIENCE AND SALES ABILITY)

We offer FULL TRAINING and TRAINING PAY! We sell storage buildings, metal buildings, decks, tiny homes, carports, barndo's, concrete, and so much more!

90% of our sales are phone sales so having that experience would benefit you tremendously! Must have previous sales experience. (Not Food Service "Sales"). We would prefer you to be able to start within 7 days. Marketing experience such as social media and general business marketing is a plus! Must have a great attituded and be able to work well with others.

IN DEPTH OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply (Not necessary for hire).

Duties

  • Engage with potential clients through various channels and in house lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Analyze customer requirements and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.

  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for market penetration and gro
  • Utilize GHL CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities for sales.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or inside sales roles is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
  • Experience with lead generation techniques and cold calling strategies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and personal development.
