Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

• Guide customers through product and service options using a consultative sales approach
• Create meaningful customer connections with personalized sales expertise
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T's products and services
• Participate in community events
• Fill online orders
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work evening and weekend hours according to monthly seniority-based schedules

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
• Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• No sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training and coaching
• Ability to work 20 hours per week
