Monitor for theft and suspicious activity, collecting investigative evidence from CCTV and floor observations;
Follow AP Directives and Company policy during apprehensions;
Document investigations and maintain records of apprehensions, witness statements, and recovered merchandise;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors as per policy and local laws;
Travel to stores as necessary and support leadership in morning meetings on shrinkage and safety topics
