You will support various phases of our building projects by handling physical tasks, operating basic tools, and keeping job sites clean and safe. No advanced experience is required, but a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety are essential.

• Site Preparation

  Clear debris, trash, and hazards from work areas.
• Material Handling
  :
  Load, unload, and move building materials like lumber and bricks.
• Tool Operation
  :
  Use hand tools, drills, grinders, and pressure washers safely.
• Support Trades
  :
  Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with heavy lifting or setup.
• Safety Compliance
  :
  Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Setup & Cleanup
  :
  Assemble temporary structures like scaffolding, ramps, and barricades.

• Physical Stamina
  :
  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.

  Ability to stand, bend, and work outside in various weather conditions.
