Quadrant Health Group is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep our healthcare and virtual care spaces safe, reliable, and efficient. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems that support digital care delivery. You’ll troubleshoot issues, respond to urgent requests, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining detailed records. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, equipment, and building infrastructure
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests to minimize downtime in clinical and office areas
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and scheduled service
- Monitor building management systems and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards in a healthcare setting
- Support small construction, installation, and improvement projects
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and IT teams to support reliable virtual care environments
