Job Title: Software Developer/Engineer
Location: Bossier City, LA
Contract: Estimated 6 month contract to permanent hire
Hourly Rate: $40.00 – $45.00
Starting Salary (permanent): $85,000 + full benefits

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teammates to research, design, develop, and modify enterprise‑wide systems and applications software.
- Analyze requirements, participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to resolve technical and usability issues.
- Contribute as an early‑career developer in a mentorship‑focused environment with iterative, feedback‑driven development.
- Assist with designing software, creating models/diagrams, performing updates, testing, debugging, and documenting systems that support mission‑critical applications.
- Use programming, analysis, design, debugging, testing, and documentation tools to build and maintain high‑quality, enterprise‑wide software solutions.
- Secret Security Clearance (sponsorship available).
- Security+CE certification within 90 days of starting.
- 2+ years of combined experience with software engineering, software development, or programming.
- Experience with one of the following: C, C++, Linux, system/software design, Git Lab, or Java.
