Pay: $17/hr
We’re seeking an experienced Team Warehouse Lead to join our 3rd shift operations. This role requires strong leadership, manufacturing knowledge, and hands‑on warehouse expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the 3rd shift warehouse team
- Oversee workflow to ensure accuracy, productivity, and safety
- Train, guide, and coordinate team members
- Monitor inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience is required
- Supervisory or lead experience required
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work 11PM–7AM consistently
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
