Nursery Deputy Manager - Full Time

Location:

Boston, Lincolnshire (PE21)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours:

40 hours per week, shift-based between 7:00am - 6:00pm

Simply Education are working in partnership with a well-established and welcoming nursery to recruit a Deputy Manager for a full-time, permanent position.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy nursery.

The Role:

As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:

Support the Nursery Manager in the overall management of the setting
Lead and motivate the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and education
Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
Act as a role model for best practice in early years
Support staff development, supervision, and mentoring
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionals

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
Previous experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passionate, proactive, and supportive leadership style
