About the Role

About the Role:

• Prepare and manage tax returns, income tax, financial statements, and other relevant taxes.

• Run client engagements, including consultations, recommendations, and tax planning.

• Identify potential tax concerns and ensure compliance.

• Correspond with authorities regarding tax inquiries, audits, and notices.

• Involved in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Mentor junior employees within the team, fostering their professional growth.

• Manage a team of 10.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field.

• 4+ years of experience, preferably with public accounting or similar industry experience.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax compliance, and consulting.

• Solid communication skills and the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

• 6 Weeks Annual Leave.

• 4-day work week.

• No time-sheets.

• Work-from-home policy whereby staff have the option of 3 days from home.

• Involvement in advisory work immediately.

• Direct involvement with major stakeholders and exposure to a variety of areas in the business.

• Full CPA Support (Paid upfront + 4 days leave per module).
