Senior Manager of Technical Accounting

A fast-growing biotech company on the cusp of becoming a commercial organization is seeking a Sr. Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to support its next phase of growth. This is a newly created, highly visible role offering meaningful ownership and the opportunity to help build scalable accounting and reporting infrastructure.

The role will partner closely with senior leadership and play a key role in technical accounting, SEC reporting, and policy development as the organization prepares for commercialization and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical accounting matters, including research, position memos, and policy development
• Lead SEC reporting activities, including preparation and review of filings
• Support build-out and scaling of accounting processes and controls
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, and external auditors
• Serve as a technical accounting resource across the organization

Ideal Background
