Full Charge Bookkeeper

We’re seeking a detail-driven Bookkeeper to own day-to-day AP/AR while supporting accounting system administration, integrations, and document tracking. Ideal for someone who’s organized, process-minded, and comfortable working across tools and workflows.

• Run AP end-to-end: vendor setup, coding, approvals, and vendor communications
• Reconcile AR: cash application, reconciliation, and shop support for customer account maintenance
• Work daily in Sage Intacct and Ramp (expenses, payments, coding workflows, documentation)
• Administer accounting integrations and workflows (bank feeds, vendor/customer records, approvals)
• Maintain clean documentation: W-9s, vendor files, contracts, and audit-ready records
• Reconcile bank/credit card accounts and support month-end close
• Track key documents and ensure retention/compliance standards are met

• 6+ years in bookkeeping/AP/AR (or similar)
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
• Comfortable in accounting systems and willing to learn/optimize workflows
• Must be located in the Greater Boston area

• Collision Repair experience ideal, otherwise Manufacturing experience preferred

• Experience improving workflows / documenting processes
• Multi-location or multi-entity exposure
